The Operator is obliged to provide Transmission Users with the Virtual Trading Point Access Service (Access to the ESS). Access to the ESS refers to the possibility of submitting notifications to the Operator regarding the quantity of Natural Gas that has been the subject of a transaction in the ESS between Transmission Users and the allocation of this quantity to the Users.
The provision of Access to the ESS requires the submission of an Application (ESS Access Request) by the User and its approval by the Operator (Approved ESS Access Request), in accordance with the specific provisions of the Transmission Contract and the relevant provisions of the Code.
The following are entitled to submit transaction notifications:
A) Transmission Users with a valid Approved ESS Access Request.
B) The Operator, on behalf of a Transmission User, in the context of balancing load in accordance with the provisions of Article [44B] of Chapter [8]. To be checked
